At Alithea, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully: There is no refund policy

Unboxing Video Required:

Customers must record a clear unboxing video before opening the package.

This video is necessary to process any claims for damaged or incorrect items.

Exchange Eligibility:

Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products (e.g., wrong item or defect).

Size exchanges are not available, so kindly check the size guide before ordering.

Logistics Charges:

If you request an exchange for any reason other than our error, a logistics fee of ₹180 will be charged.

If the mistake is from our side (wrong product/damage), we will cover the exchange costs.

How to Request an Exchange:

Share the unboxing video along with your order details on our customer support channel within 48 hours of delivery.

Once approved, further instructions will be provided.
